Abstract
China and India continue to play key role in driving the economic performance in BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, and China); however, Indian notebook PC shipment growth is expected to hit 56.8% in 2007, down sharply from 103.5% in 2006. the Russian PC market is still dominated by domestic PC makers, with PC shipments expected to reach seven million units in 2007. Leading international PC makers are aggressively developing the emerging market, but the companies have achieved different growth in each region.
